We are Cornwall's premier wheel refurbishment company with over a decade of experience. We have invested heavily so that we are able to offer the highest standards of repair possible by only using the best equipment, products and processes.
Wheels are booked in through our office before being given work sheets and job numbers, tyres are removed and logged. They are then chemically stripped. Once back to the bare metal, any kerbing damage is repaired prior to the wheels being gently shot blasted. All alloys then go through a multistage paint and powder coat application process, diamond cut on one of our lathes if required before being enveloped in the finest acrylic lacquer. We then reunite the wheels with their tyres.

No! In our opinion, mobile repairs use a very much an inferior system. We have hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of equipment to carry out quality repairs. It wouldn’t fit in an artic lorry, never mind a van. We are not willing to employ repair techniques which cut corners. We want to offer value for money to our customers and continue as the leaders in our field.
No. The quality and durability of a cosmetic repair does not fit with our standards. Cosmetic repairs are far from cheap considering only a fraction of the wheel is worked on.
No. We do not offer repairs that do not offer quality and duarabilty. We do not wish to take the risk of painting over a contaminated surface either.
